A graduate in Business Studies, Richard has 30 years' business experience in manufacturing, retail and financial services. Before becoming an executive search consultant in central London, he was Director of HR for Noble Lowndes and Partners, an international pension and employee benefits firm. More recently, he has been a Senior Consultant and Regional Manager with DBM, the international career management consultancy. He has worked with blue chip organisations and individuals in DBM's London City and West End Offices and later in Bristol and the West of England.
