Karen founded Leadership Alliance, Inc. in 1998 and has built the business to become a premier organizational consulting firm that develops, coaches, and assesses thousands of leaders yearly.

Karen has consulted in various areas including talent acquisition assessment, executive development and coaching, team building, 360-degree feedback sessions, succession planning, culture development, and more. Her training and certifications across several instruments allow her to uniquely offer her clients solutions that are tailor-fit to their organizational needs. A little-known fact about Karen is that she is a big fan of fitness. She is a former tennis teaching pro and an avid hiker. Along with her family, she recently completed a hiking expedition in Nepal. Karen was recently part of the Peloton cycling class that was awarded the Largest Live Cycling Class by Guinness World Records.

Educational Background

Karen holds a B.S. in Business from Colorado State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.
