Your kit includes one of each of the following items:

One 360 Survey – We prefer to lean towards a “have it your way” approach at TeamTelligent. This means that you can run our 360 against the entire list of applicable Drivers/Markers and Practices, against just the Drivers/Markers and Practices your organization found to be applicable after using our sort cards, and also through finding five different reports you can generate from the KSA 360 platform. Each report can be run without any limit on the number of times that you want to print. Additionally, moving forward, you can order surveys in any quantity without having to worry about expiration dates. After all, you purchased the survey so you should be able to use it when you want!

One Virtual Sort Credit – Through card sorting individuals have the opportunity to put science in their hands and sort/filter cards based upon a pre-determined question. The individual engages directly in an active process of comparing and contrasting scenarios based upon the content or construct on each card. This powerful process that has been used with individuals, with teams, and across organizations for decades can now be deployed virtually by our Qualified Administrators using our Virtual Card Sorting Platform!

KSAP Field Guide – The KSAP Field Guide integrates all of the research on Potentials. The field guide provides you with an thorough look at the Markers, Drivers, and Practices with inclusion of:
Linkages of the Markers, Drivers, and Practices to developmental assignments
The Domains of the Practices and how these are related to all of the KSA libraries
Why the Practice is Important
Behaviors of the Practice
Where the Practice fits in to the Potential conversation
How to measure performance in the Practice
What can happen when the Practice is done poorly
Brain insights from recent neuroscience to help develop the Practice
Behavior markers from school, college, and in the workplace
Interview guidelines for identifying and promoting Potential

Sorting Cards – As you know, a best practice is to use the sort cards to help a leader, manager, or individual get used to the language of the KSA Library of Drivers/Markers, and Practices before launching the survey. In many cases, sort cards are used to select the key Practices that an individual really wants feedback on, rather than the entire library.

Placemats – Our placemats provide an overview of the library, relative developmental difficulty of developing skills in a given Practice, and career assignmentology information.

Codex – The linkage between the Markers, Drivers and Roles of all of the KSA libraries and the connection between all of the KSAP Practices and those of all of the other libraries are provided in this one document. The KSAP Codex allows for the identification of the Markers, Drivers, and Practices that need attention in order to leverage individual Potential to take on increasingly more challenging roles. This analytical map leads to use of the Hello! Interview Guides to identify and on-board potential.

Provenance PDF – The behavioral Markers and Practices of Potential defined by Eichinger, Pearman, and Lombardo are based on a history of accepted scientific methods and evidence.
Emerging from historical records to the methods of current social science evidence, the nature of Potential as outlined in this article provides a reliable and valid frame for future
inquiry and utilization.

Tally Sheets – When engaging with our sort cards exercises, Tally Sheets provide a clean framework for recording the insights that you discover. Tally Sheets allow decision makers to jump from sorting exercises, to analysis, to action planning and come in both Role and Practice formats.
