A graduate in Business Studies, Richard has 30 years' business experience in manufacturing, retail and financial services. Before becoming an executive search consultant in central London, he was Director of HR for Noble Lowndes and Partners, an international pension and employee benefits firm. More recently, he has been a Senior Consultant and Regional Manager with DBM, the international career management consultancy. He has worked with blue chip organisations and individuals in DBM's London City and West End Offices and later in Bristol and the West of England.
In 2004 Richard set up Life Transition Consultants to offer independent advice and talent management services to organisations, their managers and HR teams.
For over 30 years, Dr. Clark has been a consultant to businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and private research corporations. He has extensive experience with change management, management assessment, design/implementation of executive development programs, organizational development, and organizational research. In 1981 Dr. Clark created the first ever feedback report for managers using management competencies. Since that time he has coached over 2000+ executives and managers. For nearly 20 years, both as a client and a Lominger Associate, he has been involved in the research and development underpinning Lominger products (viaEDGE, VOICES and CHOICES among many others).
Dr. Clark's areas of experience include implementing talent management systems, strategic HR processes, competency modeling, executive assessment and coaching, identifying high potentials, and the use of quantitative analysis to solve talent management issues. Lisa has worked for more than 25 years designing, facilitating and leading change and development initiatives throughout the US and Europe. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing competency-based systems that reinforce strategic objectives and organization values. She works at the individual, team and organizational levels to increase skills and effectiveness. She is an expert in integrating human resource systems into organization-wide business processes so development becomes a natural extension of an enterprise rather than an afterthought.
She has also been an Independent Associate of KORN/FERRY Leadership and Talent Consulting — powered by LOMINGER since 2000 when she started her own consulting practice — The Crawford Group Inc. Immediately prior to starting The Crawford Group, Lisa was director of organization effectiveness for Premier Inc., and the leader of worldwide performance and development for Becton Dickinson and Company. Karen Dorece, executive coach, leadership development and organization effectiveness consultant, is a principal and Vice President of TalentGenesis, Inc. and a Master Associate of Korn/Ferry Powered by Lominger. John has served as Vice President for Leadership Development at PepsiCo; as Vice President for Leadership and Organization Capability at Cisco Systems; and as Vice President for Organization Development at Young & Rubicam. He has also served as an assessment psychologist for the identification and development of high ability staff officers for the Central Intelligence Agency. He has additional experience as a consultant, as Vice President for Organization Development during the initial turnaround at Kmart, and has experience with the Young Presidents' Organization. In this capacity she was a team member helping to provide executive physicals, weight management and stress reduction programs.
With three decades of practical leadership experience, Dick approaches executive coaching from a real world perspective. His 16 years of coaching experience have allowed him to impact “C Suite” to mid level leaders from a variety of research and high technology settings. As an Adjunct Staff member at the Center for Creative Leadership since 1997, Dick has worked as a coach, facilitator and a trainer for a variety of programs across a broad range of global clientele. Dick founded a company that provides custom executive coaching and developmental training.
During his 30 years of business experience, Dick has held progressive leadership positions in development, engineering, manufacturing, and technical sales. He has led successful implementations of talent management, process automation, and organizational redesign in manufacturing settings. Dick has impacted global leaders in a variety of roles from numerous research and technology oriented organizations. He has coached and provided training for RTI International, Ford, Xerox, Dow Chemical, Bayer, and others.
Dan has been a strategy and leadership consultant for over 25 years. He is very experienced in aligning ways in which type interfaces with strategic initiatives, and supports ongoing leadership collaboration. During his tenure with the University of North Carolina system, he has helped lead major initiatives in economic development strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Currently, Dan serves as the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships for NC State University (Office of Outreach and Engagement). From this position, he helps guide major initiatives for community and economic development. He continues to consult with organizations across the US.

With nearly four decades of practical leadership experience, and 22 years of experience in formal leadership development, Chuck firmly believes that leadership is a higher order skill set and hard work. This allows him to leverage his 16 years of coaching experience to partner with his clients in support of their development. His significant leadership roles have included commanding two ships, serving four years on the board of directors of an international professional association including a term as president, and coaching a girls soccer team. In addition to leadership development, Chuck imagines he has expertise in emotional intelligence, personality type, interpersonal skills development and dialogue. Linda has been practicing for more than 35 years in the areas of behavioral science and organizational excellence. She founded her consulting practice 25 years ago after a succession of human resources positions at Exxon Corporation. Linda's areas of expertise cross most areas of talent management, with a particular focus on customizing approaches to assessing and developing leaders. She specializes in high-impact executive coaching, usually at the senior executive level in situations in which she is often coaching a number of people. This approach allows her to integrate a broader organizational perspective into her work with individuals.
Ms. Rodman also specializes in running team building off-sites and in facilitating MBTI-based training and interventions, some of which she conducts through her affiliation as a TeamTelligent LLC Associate. She also has a deep expertise in change management developed through years of GE work-out consulting.
Dr. Rogers has worked for PepsiCo and Young & Rubicam, Inc. in various capacities. At PepsiCo she served as a manager of Management Development for the succession process and designed career path models for manufacturing, marketing, finance and personnel and technical functions. She has also conducted team building sessions, attitude survey programs and individual assessments.
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Young & Rubicam, Inc. she managed compensation, benefits, training and development, staffing, employee relations and matrix-managed Human Resource functions in five divisions. Prior to assuming this position with the firm, she designed and coordinated career plans and training and development programs for senior executives, developed succession plans, assisted in organizational restructuring and managed the worldwide staffing process.

Kim Ruyle is President of Inventive Talent Consulting, LLC, a Miami-based firm that provides strategic talent management and organizational development consulting for leading global organizations. He is a Lominger Associate in Korn/Ferry's Global Associate Network.
Kim has more than twenty-five years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and general management. Previously, he spent nearly six years with Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent consulting, most of it serving as Vice President of Research & Development where he led the development of numerous robust assessments, HR tools, and thought leadership. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Kim was director of learning and development for Siemens Logistics and Automation Systems, where he was responsible for strategic HR practices including succession planning, performance management, and employee development. Previously, Kim managed learning and development processes and technology for Deere & Company, founded and ran a software company, and taught at four universities.
Jeanne Schulze has been in the field of human development for over 30 years. As president of her own organizational consulting and coaching firm, Jeanne works across a wide spectrum of business, higher education and community organizations both locally and internationally. Her expertise lies in organization, leadership and team consulting where managing change and developing talent is critical to organizational performance and customer delight.
Her practice spans senior leadership and consulting roles in technology, defense, construction, healthcare, higher education and food production industries. Gretchen Twiss is a Leadership Development Consultant who focuses on research-based techniques and solutions. She held leadership positions at Lominger International, Inc., (co-founded by bob Eichinger and since acquired by Korn/Ferry) for 10 years helping the organization grow from servicing three countries to forty-four, including over half of the Fortune 500. During that time, she gained expertise in all Lominger products and solutions, directed the company customer intimacy strategy and implementation, managed the internal Account Executive group and the internationally deployed implementation experts. Gretchen is certified in all the solutions she worked with at Korn/Ferry, and is committed to knowledge transfer to organizations in all aspects of leadership development and customer relations.
